Our proud Geordie is in charge of Foodservice and Café. He is a man of many parts; not only can he beat any of his colleagues at tennis but he can also build you a high-powered custom motorcycle!
Richard Middleton
Being the buyer of our raw materials, keeps him busy during the day, but at home between being a school governor, captaining a hockey team and attending as many motor races as he’s allowed, he also fits in time to be the proud father of two great children with a very understanding wife. Life can’t be too bad if he gets to go to Le Mans for 24hrs every year after all!

Lovely Lucy is our Grocery guru. A keen student of fitness and dancing. She’ll dazzle you with an angelic smile and a wicked sense of humour!

Heads up our sales department. Given half a chance, he will also beat you at tennis or bore you about fine wine, and he can croon like Dean Martin.

Organises the making of everything and cares a lot about quality, magnificent football coach and Liverpool fan too!
Becky McCaul
Marketing Manager
Looks after all things to do with communicating with our customers. Packs a full-time job into three days a week so she can spend the rest of the time on a horse. Tally-ho!
Brian Meakin
Finance Director
Silent type who does the bean counting and keeps the rest of us in order. Spends a lot of time in Florida and loves his caravan – none of us are sure why!
Charmain Hart
Runs our accounts and the office (but also a large family, plus dogs etc) like a finely oiled Swiss clock. How does she do it?

Looks after our accounts payable and is firm and fair. Dog-trainer supreme, so don’t cross her or it’s “Sit!”
Helen Mackley
Looks after credit control and customer accounts, and works harder than anybody else – she says! Used to run a pub, so calls “Time” on all of us.

Sales Administration
Supports our sales team and is always on hand with friendly advice on where to buy our drinks. Sends out all our point of sale and samples too.

Our star home baker is on maternity leave at the moment so we’re not getting our fill of her delicious baking!

On-trade Channel Manager
Looks after all sales to bars, restaurants and hotels. Enjoys fine dining and quality wines so knows a thing or two about her customers!
Alice Jones
QA Manager
Super-brilliant Technical and QA Manager, who knows more about elderflower making than even Pev. Has just joined us permanently (January 2011) so will soon have us up to scratch!
Stacey Kennedy
Our own super-fit aerobics instructor turned hard-working saleslady and mother. She criss-crosses the country to see her customers and to make sure they have Belvoir on their shelves.
James Whitfield
Our rugby–mad hooker, who will turn up to see you (if you are in the on-trade sector) with either a new scar or a black eye in season and a big smile out of season.
Phyllis Howitt
Our superstar, who mixes our drinks and makes sure they are all delicious. Been here since 1986 and still going strong. She used to be a shepherdess but now is much busier. Come-by!
