Ingredients

50ml vodka mixed

25ml vermouth rosso

25ml elderflower cordial

25ml crème de mure (blackberry)

10ml blackcurrant cordial

soda or lemonade

 

Method

Mix the alcohol and cordials in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, strain into a tumbler or punch glass and top up with soda or lemonade. To really pack a punch, use sparkling wine such as cava instead of the lemonade or soda.
