Even if it is raining, it’s a good way of cheering yourself up! Snow Queen

25ml Snow Grouse
1 wedge fresh lime
12.5ml Belvoir Elderflower Cordial
Top up with Highland Spring sparkling water

Method
Fill a tall glass with cubed ice. Squeeze a fresh lime wedge over the ice and drop in the glass. Poor in the Snow Grouse. Add the Elderflower cordial. Top up with Highland Spring sparkling water, stir, serve and enjoy!
