Here’s a cheeky little cocktail recipe for you to try, so delicious you could serve it instead of a pudding.
Blackcurrant cheesecake
12.5 ml Belvoir Blackcurrant and Cox Apple Cordial
35ml Premium vodka
50ml cloudy apple juice
20ml double cream
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake well, then strain into a cocktail Martini glass or a short tumbler. Garnish with a very light dusting of either crumbled digestive biscuit or nutmeg or even cinnamon.
