The Belvoir Lovely Awards

We like to reward the people who are doing what they can to make life a little lovelier for everyone. If you know of a particularly lovely foodie blog, deli, farm shop or cafe, why not let us, and everyone else, know about it by nominating it for one of our Lovely Awards?

At the end of each month, the nominee with the most votes in each category will win a very beautiful, handmade wooden ‘Lovely’ sign, as well as a certificate, so that they can let everyone know that they’re officially lovely!

Just enter the details of your nomination below and, if we think they’re lovely enough, we’ll add them to our list and ask visitors to our site to vote for their favourite. You can make as many nominations as you like — it only takes a moment and is a perfect way to spread a little loveliness!

Visit www.belvoirfruitfarms.co.uk/lovely-awards and view all the nominations that have been entered into the awards in the following categories :

  • blogs
  • cafés
  • farm shops
  • delis

Then vote for the nominees that you like by clicking on the “vote” button. You can vote for as many nominees as you like, but you can only vote for each nominee once.

Belvoir fruit farms "You’re Lovely" Awards

  1. Nominations and voting is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. No purchase is necessary.
  3. There will be monthly votes and awards between 1st December 2011 and 30th April 2012.

Nominations

  1. Nominations can be made anytime during the calendar month and approved nominations will be posted in the gallery from the first of the following month.
  2. You may nominate as many nominees as you wish.
  3. All nominations will be moderated, and only approved nominations will be posted in the gallery as soon as possible.
  4. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the content of any blog posted on the gallery or any third party links contained on the site and does not endorse or condone any such content.
  5. The Promoter welcomes freedom of speech, but will not tolerate content that infringes the rights of others, is abusive, defamatory, vulgar, hateful, obscene, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable in relation to the requirements of good taste and decency; is invasive to the rights to privacy of persons or publicity rights; is of a pornographic or sexual nature; or would encourage conduct or is conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any applicable law; or does not suit the company profile or business ethics of Belvoir fruit farms.
  6. Given the above, the Promoter may refuse to accept a nomination or withdraw a nomination at its sole discretion and without prior notification.
  7. The Promoter welcomes feedback from site visitors with regards to any nominees that may be in breach of these clauses.

Voting

  1. Voting starts at 00.01am on the first day of each month and closes at 11.59pm and the last day of each calendar month and the entry with the highest number of votes in each of the four categories will be declared that month’s winner and win a “lovely” wooden sign and “lovely” certificate. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
  2. For your total confidence, the voting process will be overseen by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
  3. At the end of each month, all nominations and votes will be reset to 0 and the process will start again.
  4. Voting is via this site only and restricted to one vote per entry per person per month, but you can vote for as many nominees as you like.
  5. During the month the Promoter reserves the right to remove low scoring nominees from the Gallery in the event of an excessive number of nominations.
  6. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any technical failure or other problem with the website or other related system which may result in any vote or nomination being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify votes or nominations or voters if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that there has been a deliberate attempt to rig or manipulate the voting.
  8. By entering the promotion participants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with, the operation of the promotion or the Belvoir fruit farms website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
