Belvoir and the National Garden Scheme

NGS

Belvoir Fruit Farms are proud to sponsor the National Gardens Scheme, who are commited to raise funds for charity by opening gardens of quality, character and interest.

At the core of NGS is the concept of "nurturing nature". NGS garden owners nurture their environment to create magnificent gardens and generate financial support for people who are ill or under stress.

At Belvoir Fruit Farms, we too nurture our environment, growing elderflowers from organic orchards. We encourage sustainability in all we do, using 100% recycled card in our boxes and recycling all our glass, paper and plastic on site. Just like the NGS, Belvoir Fruit Farms boasts a heritage steeped in English tradition, which has changed little in 25 years.

Production of our elderflower cordial started in the kitchen of Lady Mary Manners, using a recipe from an old friend, Lady Astor of Cliveden. The Belvoir Fruit Farm, situated on the beautiful Belvoir Estate in Leicestershire, grows elderflowers organically and many of the fruits used are hand pressed on the farm. All Belvoir Fruit Farms’ drinks are made from real fruits, flowers and spices and are 100% natural and free from artificial (or natural) flavours, colours or preservatives.

We will be sending of samples of our delicious drinks to Friends of the NGS events so come along and try our range of delicious cordials and pressés.
