We were delighted to hear that Delia Smith, one of the most respected names in the industry, has used our beloved Winter Berries cordial in her Mulled "Wine" For Drivers cocktail recipe (which you'll find in her new book, Delia's Happy Christmas). 
We have always thought this cordial makes a delicious winter warmer when diluted with warm water, but we've had great fun trying out Delia's recipe here at the office.

ONE STAR GOLD AWARDS 2009

Made with real lime juice and freshly cooked lemongrass and water from our Belvoir Spring water.  

Elderflower, Gooseberry & Muscat Grape cordial 50cl

Made to an old family recipe elderflower, gooseberry & Muscat grape cordial is a sophisticated blend of the delicately scented taste of freshly picked elderflowers with the crisp taste of pressed gooseberry juice and the sweet aromatic taste of Muscat grape.  Dilute with still or sparkling water for a delicious summer drink.
