Spiced winterberries cordial
Bramley Apples
honey
raspberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants, blackgrapes, blackberry - any in season, or frozen
Core apples
Fill with the fruit
Pour over cordial then honey
Bake at gas 4 for 30-45 minutes
Keep basting apples with juices of cordial and honey.
SERVE WITH CUSTARD OR ICECREAM
