1 Part Belvoir Fruit Farms’ Honey, Lemon & Ginger Cordial
2 Parts Dark Rum
1 Part Lime Juice
6/8 mint leaves
Top with something fizzy; soda/ lemonade/ ginger ale/ sparkling wine…
Add the first 4 ingredients to a tall tumbler and fill with ice. Top with something fizzy and stir with a spoon of table knife until chilled and mixed.
Garnish with mint/ twist of lime – simply take off the skin of a lime in one strip around the body of the fruit with a potato peeler; then squeeze the peel over the drink, re;easing the lime oils over the glass and giving the drink a lovely fragrance.
