Belvoir Southpaw Sour

Ingredients

25ml Belvoir Blueberry & Blackcurrant Cordial

Pinch of Tarragon leaves

35ml Scotch

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Glassware: Rocks glass / Lowball

Method

Mix the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain into a glass over ice.

Garnish: Blackberry skewer, Icing sugar

Tip: For a lovely mocktail substitute the scotch for Belvoir Ginger Beer.
