Blooming Christmas Punch



a handful of mint.

6 table spoons of Bramley apple sauce

2 egg cups (80ml) of Belvoir Ginger Cordial

3 table spoons of maple syrup

1 egg cup (40ml) of lemon juice

A splash of Belvoir Elderflower Pressé


Single Serve:


In a blender add a pinch of mint

a handful of ice

2 table spoons of Bramley apple sauce

1 egg cup (40ml) of Belvoir Ginger Cordial

1/2 egg cup (20ml) of lemon juice

Top with Belvoir Elderflower Pressé

Blitz and pour into a festive tumbler to enjoy!



Blend all the ingredients and decant into a jug or punch bowl.

Add a good few handfuls of ice and the rest of the bottle of pressé.

Garnish with a grate of nutmeg and a few slices of dried apple.
