10 or 12 ice cubes
50ml Belvoir Raspberry & Lemon Cordial
4tbsp Grapefruit juice (optional)
Sparkling spring water
Glassware: tumbler or hiball
Crush the ice in a food processor and half-fill the glass. Pour in the Belvoir Cordial, the vodka and a splash of grapefruit juice to taste. Top up with the sparkling water. Stir gently.
