Ginger Spice


1 egg cup (40ml) of Belvoir Ginger Cordial

1 egg cup (40ml) lemon juice

3 egg cups (120ml) cloudy apple juice

1 tablespoon of cranberry and port jelly

4 egg cups (160ml) boiling water




Mix all the ingredients in a heat proof vessel with a handle.

Garnish with a bit of grated nutmeg and a lovely bay leaf sprinkled with dried spices to give it an amazing smell… Mmm!
