100ml Belvoir Elderflower Pressé
7ml Honey (alternatively use 15ml honey syrup – to make: 1 part honey mixed with 1 part hot water)
25ml Fresh Lemon juice
25ml Pineapple juice
Glassware: Champagne saucer straight up.
Shake the Honey syrup, lemon juice and pineapple juice together and pour into the glass. Top up with the Elderflower Pressé.
Garnish: Skewer with Honeycomb, Lemon wheel, Icing sugar.
