1 hand full mixed berries
4 table spoons of runny honey
2 egg cup (80ml) of lemon juice
2 stick of fresh tarragon
75cl bottle of Belvoir Elderflower pressé
Blend all the ingredients with ice, but only a splash of the Elderflower Pressé.
Pour the contents of the blender in to a bowl and add the rest of the pressé.
Garnish with a few tarragon leaves and some berries.
If you are feeling a little naughty why not add a splash of gin for good measure #drinkresponsibly.
