Long Jump Iced Tea

Ingredients

25ml White rum

25ml Orange Curacao

25ml Belvoir Ginger Cordial

20ml Lemon

3 dash Rose water

Top splash of soda

Glassware: Little beveled half pint glass

Method

Pour the ingredients into a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir with a spoon.

Garnish: Candied ginger, Lemon zest bow on skewer

Tip: For a lovely mocktail substitute the alcohol for 100ml Belvoir Cox Apple Pressé
