Paloma Collins

‘Paloma’ means dove in Spanish, little is known of the origins of the traditional cocktail. Sweet, sour and with a touch of bitterness we thought this would be the ideal cocktail to highlight Belvoir Fruit Farms NEW Pink Grapefruit Pressé. This cocktail celebrates the undying pairing of tequila with citrus fruit, traditionally served with soda the Pink Grapefruit Pressé only enhances the drink further.

Ingredients

60ml Tequila Reposado
20ml Grapefruit Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
20ml Lime Juice
Top with Belvoir Fruit Farms Pink Grapefruit Pressé

Method

Build into glass:
– 60ml Tequila
– 30ml Grapefruit Juice
– 20ml Sugar Syrup

Fill glass 3/4 full with ice & stir to combine all the ingredients well!
Top with Belvoir Fruit Farms Pink Grapefruit Pressé & garnish with a grapefruit segment.
