Raspberry Ripple

This is lovely refreshing mocktail for alfresco summer evenings, but it you want to warm it up for winter and are feeling a little dangerous; add into the shaker a tablespoon of runny honey and a slice of red birds eye chilli, about the size of a baby finger nail, to give you all the kick without the booze!

Raspberry Ripple

Ingredients

1 egg cup (40ml) of Belvoir Raspberry & Lemon Cordial

1 egg cup (40ml) of lemon juice

1 chunk of watermelon about the size of an orange

2 egg cups (80ml) of cloudy apple juice

Method

Blend all the ingredients together and strain through a tea strainer in to a glass filled with large chunks of ice.

Garnish with Watermelon.
