Singapore Mule

Ingredients

3 Slices Root Ginger

3 Lime wedges

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

60ml Sake

15ml Lychee Puree

5ml Gomme

15ml Belvoir Lime & Lemongrass cordial

Glassware: Hiball

Method

Muddle the limes and ginger in the Boston glass, add all other ingredients and shake and pour into a hiball glass and top with Jamaican ginger beer.

Garnish: 2 Lime wedges.
