Ingredients

100ml Belvoir Rhubarb & Apple Pressé

25ml Butterscotch syrup

15ml Fresh lime juice

1 shot dark rum*

Pinch of all spice

75ml Soda

Glassware: Teacup and saucer/ short glass

Method

Shake the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker then strain it over ice cubes.  Top up with the Rhubarb & Apple Pressé.

Garnish: Cinnamon stick.

(*For a family friendly mocktail, loose the rum)!
