Spiced Ginger Punch

A fiery punch, full of festive warmth and good cheer

We cook freshly sliced root ginger and blend it with a dash of lemon and orange juice. Then we add lots of lovely seasonal spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. If ever there was a drink to warm you through the winter, then this is it. And for something a bit more grown up, why not try it warm with a slug of whisky?

Just remember, this lovely recipe is seasonal – keep an eye out for it in the shops next winter.
